Tricolor Lentils


  • 500gr Tricolor Lentils
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1.5 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2,5 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt & pepper


Soak the lentils from the evening before.
In the morning boil them in salted water. Once they boil, squish them with a fork. Add the ingredients, knead them and shape them into lentiltballs or burgers. Place them in the refrigerator until they are firm.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 ‎°C for 15-20 minutes.
