  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt, pepper


Boil the pasta. Finely chop the vegetables. In 25 ‘- 30’ the pasta is ready for soaking. We make the lemon oil, salt, pepper. After straining the pasta, pass it through cold water. Add the vegetables and stir. Pour over the lemon oil and mix again.
