Materials
- 1 cup dinkel couscous
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 cup of frozen frozen peas
- 1 coffee cup corn
- Virgin olive oil
- 1 coffee cup carrot cubes
- salt – pepper
Implementation
Boil the frozen peas in 3 cups of salted water, the corn and a carrot cut into small cubes for 5 ’. Then add the couscous and stir carefully don’t get stuck. If charged, add a little more boiling water. As soon as it “drinks” the water is ready. Add extra virgin olive oil, freshly ground pepper and serve. Accompany the dish with a little strained yogurt, feta cheese or cheese cubes.
