- Kritharenios Dakos (horn)

- 1 grated tomato
- wild boar of Syros
- oregano – salt
- mizithra cheese
Implementation
We pass lightly under the tap the real Dako – gondola (ground in stone, cooked in stone cut by hand) and shake it to get rid of the water. Pour enough olive oil on top of it after drinking it add grated tomato, oregano, wild boar Syros, salt as much as we want and plenty of mizithra cheese. Accompany the delicious salad with Cretan raki!
