Salad Materials
- 2 diced tomatoes or an avocado cut into cubes
- 2 chopped fresh onions
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon dried grated oregano
- 30ml balsamic vinegar
- 100gr olives slices
- 100gr soft goat cheese
- 1 teaspoon 16 herbs and spices
- 150ml olive oil
Boiling Process Materials
- 250gr Black Lentils of Greece
- 1 dried onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon wild cumin
Implementation
Put the ingredients (for the boiling process) in a saucepan with 900ml water for 15 minutes. Drain and pour into a bowl adding the ingredients for the salad. Stir and serve.
